There are lots of publications which host book reviews - look them up under that tag. As for making a story out of a review - it's not somehing I've come across so couldn't advise. This publication mmmMondays is a favourite place for me to share reviews as mine are very informal, and what this site promotes is things that make you feel good so ... here seems a good place to rave about a book!
