I find this more& more often of late - imagining what I’ve said has offended or made people think badly of me - ✍ Posy Churchgate

It can take me a day or two to recover from a conversation, and in that time I will have replayed it over and over again, finding a thousand ways I fucked up and a hundred reasons I should stop living, or at the very least carve the wrongness out of me. (I don’t do that.)
