We poured a skating rink one year and simultaneously invented downhill speed skating, and alpine ice-climbing in one yodeling schuss of a body cast. Our county first aid team won blue ribbons of excellence that year in the Tennessee Triage Bend’em and Mend’em County Competition, what with all the practice they got.
