Brave Asrai - very brave. I was impressed how honest you have been here and how you have dug into painful behaviours & memories. I am sure it indicates you are healing & working on getting yourself and your mindset straighter.

It took me several years to have the courage to tackle airing my period of emotional infidelity, so on a much smaller scale I relate. I know how your mind and your heart and so many other behaviours play into the choices you make. Respect for sharing
